Everything we do is guided by our core values. It’s not the cheapest way of doing business, but it means the most delicious food, made in a way that we can be proud of: from our commitment to sourcing 90% of our ingredients from local food systems and composting all biodegradable waste, to paying every member of our team a starting wage of $25/hour, and beyond.
